Description

Space is an introduction to the mysteries of the Universe. Included are Task Cards for independent learning, Journal Word Cards for creative writing, and Hands-On Activities for reinforcing skills in Math and Language Arts. Space is a perfect introduction to further research of the Solar System. Students will learn about the following topics: The Universe, The Solar System, The Sun, The Moon, Other Moons, Stars, Comets, and Constellations. Students will expand their knowledge of the known universe with answers to the questions, “What is the Universe”, “How many planets”, “What makes up the Solar System”, “What is a comet”, “What is a star”, and many more. This Earth Science lesson provides a teacher and student section with reading passages, activities, word search, task cards, and quiz to create a well-rounded lesson plan.
